1.5C target is both 'important and achievable'
The UK's chief scientific adviser, Sir Patrick Vallance, says global warming can be brought under control. He made his comments aboard the RRS Sir David Attenborough, the UK's new polar ship, which is in Greenwich to mark the start of the COP26 climate conference this weekend. Sir Patrick was speaking to Martha Kearney on the BBC's Today programme.
