Have cyber threats really reached 'disturbing' levels?

The head of the government's listening centre says the rate of cyber attacks on the government has reached a 'disturbing' level.

In a Times, external article, Iain Lobban from GCHQ, says the problem is so bad that the UK's economic wellbeing is under threat.

Peter Sommer is an expert on cyber crime and told Radio 5 live Breakfast that the government is right to be concerned.
