The Queen's Baton relay is in the final stages of its tour of Scotland, before arriving in Glasgow for the start of the 2014 Commonwealth Games.

On Thursday morning the baton took to the skies aboard a search and rescue helicopter and was then lowered to a RNLI lifeboat.
