Queen's Baton Relay: Police escorts dance like penguins
Two police officers dance like penguins to warm up at the start of their day escorting the Queen's Baton round Scotland..
The Queen's Baton Relay is currently on a 40 day tour of Scotland ahead of the Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony on 23 July.
A team of special police officers ensure the safety of the baton and those who carry it, running the equivalent of a half-marathon on some days.
The BBC has learnt this rather unorthodox method of warming-up is referred to as the "penguin dance".
