Boris Johnson: 'I must do what is necessary'

Prime Minister Boris Johnson says he understands the new 'rule of six' is difficult but that he 'must do what is necessary to stop the spread of the virus and save lives'.

Under the new law people can be prosecuted for gathering in groups of more than six.
