Matt Hancock: Life back to normal 'after Easter'

Large-scale trials of the coronavirus vaccine being developed by AstraZeneca with Oxford University have shown to be 70% effective at preventing people from developing Covid symptoms.

Vaccines by Pfizer and Moderna showed 95% protection but there is data that suggests perfecting the dose could increase the AstraZeneca effectiveness to 90%.

The UK has already bought 100 million doses of it but first it needs to be approved by regulators.
