The Queen shares annual Commonwealth Day message

The Queen has used her her annual Commonwealth Day message to praise those across the Commonwealth working on the frontlines during the pandemic.

Coronavirus restrictions meant that for the first time in nearly 50 years the annual service at Westminster Abbey was cancelled.

The message was pre-recorded in Windsor Castle and broadcast as part of the BBC One programme A Celebration for Commonwealth Day.
