Boris Johnson on COP26: 'If Glasgow fails, then the whole thing fails'

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has warned of the dire consequences of failure at COP26.

He was speaking after the G20 summit in Rome before heading to Glasgow, where the UK government is hosting the climate summit.
