Energy UK boss: Businesses want to help not debt collect

Chief executive of Energy UK, which represents energy companies, says the energy industry would rather help customers who are struggling to pay their bills than send in debt collectors. Speaking to the BBC, Emma Pinchbeck said she hoped the government would also provide more support to consumers.
