Petrol prices cost me my care support

Natalie Rowley has not had access to professional care since April.

Her former care agency told her they could no longer support her because staff were complaining about the cost of fuel to get to her home.

Her former care agency told the BBC it was "mortified" by her situation.

Since the BBC visited, her case has been reassessed by Shropshire council and she has been told she may finally have her care restored.
