Anger over AA Gill's Norfolk 'hernia' jibe

Customers have jumped to the defence of an award-winning pub in Norfolk after a scathing review by food critic AA Gill.

Writing in the Sunday Times' magazine, he described Norfolk as the "hernia on the end of England".
