Olympic torch to visit East Midlands tourist attractions

The Olympic torch is to visit a number of famous landmarks in the East Midlands during its relay journey across the UK.

It will be carried by a torchbearer on the sky-ride at the Heights of Abraham in Matlock Bath and will take to the ice at the National Ice Centre in Nottingham.

The procession will also visit the National Space Centre in Leicestershire.
