Thames Valley Police special constable sacked for 'taking cold drinks from canteen'
- Published
A special constable who took cold drinks from a police canteen without paying has been sacked.
Adam Fanospour, who worked for Thames Valley Police, committed gross misconduct at Sulhamstead Training College in January by taking the cans, a conduct panel heard.
Det Ch Supt Tim De Meyer said his actions "fell way short of the standards required."
Mr Fanospour was based at Abingdon Police Station.
At the public misconduct hearing on Wednesday, Mr Fanospour was found to have breached standards of professional behaviour and was found guilty of discreditable conduct, the force said.
