Peterborough United captain apologises for drink-driving arrest

Peterborough United's captain Grant McCann has apologised to fans following his arrest for drink-driving.
Mr McCann said: "I would like to apologise to the football club, the manager, my team-mates and our supporters."
A police spokeswoman confirmed a 32-year-old was arrested on the A15 at Deeping Gate at 03:00 BST on 25 April.
He has been bailed to appear before Peterborough Magistrates' Court on 10 May.
Mr McCann said: "Drink-driving is a very serious offence and there is no excuse for what I have done.
"I will accept my punishment and I am extremely remorseful for what I have done."
A statement from the club confirmed it was dealing with the matter internally.
Mr McCann has played for the Posh since summer 2010.
Previously he spent time with Barnsley, Cheltenham and Scunthorpe.
