Heavy rain failed to dampen spirits as Cambridge United marked their Football League promotion and FA Trophy win with an open-top bus tour.
Hundreds of fans gathered in the city's Market Square to applaud the U's as they lined the Guildhall balcony.
The team were then driven through the city before returning to the Abbey Stadium for a civic reception.
United returned to league football for the first time in nine years by beating Gateshead 2-1 at Wembley.

The bus travelled down Newmarket Road, Jesus Lane and Trinity Street before the players lined the balcony at the Guildhall on Market Square
Andy Abbott, from BBC Radio Cambridgeshire, was standing with rain-soaked fans outside the city's Guildhall.
He said: "The rain didn't dampen the spirits of the hardened U's fans as they celebrated with the team."

"To drive through the streets where I used to come as a child is great, the fans are brilliant. It's really great to celebrate what this squad has achieved this season."
Manager Richard Money added: "It's a great reception. [The fans] have really galvanised the club over the last few months.
"I'm really pleased for the supporters and the players. It's nice to see everyone show their appreciation."
