Children in Need: Herne Bay charity 'helps me with my autism'
Lily, 12, has been attending a charity which helps her manage her autism for six years.
Special Needs Advisory & Activities Project (SNAAP) in Herne Bay, Kent, is one of thousands of charities across the UK which receives funding from Children in Need.
Lily said: "I love it here because there are lots of people like me."
