Three more arrests over hit and run in Leicester

Three more people have been arrested after a pedestrian was seriously hurt in a hit and run crash in Leicester.
The victim, aged in his 20s, remains in a critical condition in hospital after he was hit by a car on Thurcroft Close, in Eyres Monsell, on 7 November.
A second man, a 23-year-old, is being held on suspicion of attempted murder.
Two further men, aged 25 and 23, were arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. A total of five people have been arrested during the investigation.

The attack happened at the junction of Hillsborough Road just before midday.
Leicestershire Police said a black BMW X5 was seen being driven "dangerously and erratically" at the time.
It failed to stop and was later found abandoned nearby on Glen Rise.
A 24-year-old man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder was bailed pending further enquiries.
A woman, 21, who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, was released pending further investigation.
Det Ch Insp Rob Widdowson said the victim has been left with "very serious, potentially life-threatening injuries".
