Lincoln: Dispersal order after fireworks thrown at police

A dispersal order has been put in place after fireworks were thrown at police officers in Lincoln.
Disorder broke out in the Tower Estate area at about 17:40 GMT on Sunday, with reports of "youths starting fires and causing criminal damage", police said.
About 30 people were involved in the incident which started on Tower Avenue.
The force said at one point officers had to temporarily pull back for their safety and the fire service also attended to extinguish the fires.
All fires were out by about 22:15 GMT, officers said and one person was arrested in relation to public order offences.
The 24-hour dispersal order in the area runs until 18:30 GMT on Monday.
