Met apologises over Mark Duggan family failings

Scotland Yard has apologised to the family of Mark Duggan, who was shot by police last August in Tottenham, sparking riots in the area.

Officers have been strongly criticised by the police watchdog, the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC), for failing to inform Mr Duggan's parents following his death.

Rachel Cerfontayne, commissioner of the IPCC, Paul Head, of Community Reference Group in Tottenham and Reverend Nims Obunge, of the Haringey Peace Alliance, talk about the case.
