Halo Play Café: The charity supporting bereaved families
A mum whose partner died when their children were aged two and under said she hoped to show grieving parents and children "they are not alone" by opening a café offering support.
Ms Jones's children were three weeks old and two years old when her partner died from a brain tumour in 2011.
Her own experience inspired her to set up the Halo Children's Foundation, supporting bereaved families.
The charity has opened the Halo Play Café in Uxbridge, north-west London, offering a space where children and families can access support.
