Flight lands at Manchester over passenger 'medical episode'

A Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt to Canada has made an unscheduled landing at Manchester Airport due to a passenger's ill-health.
The man had "an apparent medical episode, which resulted in an outburst", Greater Manchester Police said.
He has been taken to hospital.
Lufthansa is considering arrangements for the 355 passengers on board the flight, which left after 11:00 local time (10:00 GMT).
The Boeing 747 bound for Vancouver landed at Manchester at 12:56 GMT after turning around above Scotland.
