The moment man mows down couple over drunk comment in Royton

A man who mowed down a couple after one of them suggested he was too drunk to drive has been jailed.

Joshua Bunn, who was 19 at the time, deliberately drove at the pair on Radcliffe Street in Royton, Oldham, on the evening of 18 September 2020.

Manchester Crown Court heard his victims were lucky to be alive, only suffering minor injuries.

The 22-year-old was jailed for four years and seven months after pleading guilty to dangerous driving.
