Bury man charged after 18-year-old stabbed in street

The 18-year-old was attacked in Abingdon Avenue in Whitefield
A 20-year-old man has been charged with affray and possessing an offensive weapon after an 18-year-old was stabbed in the arm.
Charlie Harrison from Bury was arrested after the attack in Whitefield last week which left an 18-year-old man in a critical condition in hospital.
Harrison, of Mather Avenue, has been held in custody by Greater Manchester Police (GMP).
A 49-year-old was released on bail after the stabbing on Abingdon Avenue.
GMP officers also arrested a 16-year-old boy on suspicion of attempted murder but released him while investigations continue.
