Two appear over murder of Frenchman in Ellesmere Port

Human remains found at a house in Ellesmere Port are thought to be those of Christophe Borgye, 35
A second man has been charged with the murder of a missing French man after remains were found in a Cheshire house.
The remains found in the property on Hylton Court, Ellesmere Port, in May are thought to be those of Christophe Borgye, 35, who went missing in 2009.
Sebastian Bendou, 35, of no fixed abode, and Dominic Kocher, 34, of Abbey Bank, New Abbey, Dumfries, appeared at Chester Crown Court on Friday.
They are due to enter pleas at a further hearing next month.
Mr Kocher is also charged with helping an offender and preventing a lawful burial, as well as a third man, Manuel Wagner, 25, also of Abbey Bank, New Abbey, Dumfries.
A post-mortem test on the remains found "blunt force trauma" was the cause of death, but the body has not been formally identified.
Mr Borgye was living in the Ellesmere Port area at the time of his disappearance in May 2009 and is thought to have been working as an air steward for Ryanair at Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
