Liverpool City Region mayoral candidate Tabitha Morton's minute manifesto

Candidates campaigning to become Liverpool City Region's first mayor have been detailing their policies in a "minute manifesto".

Tabitha Morton, of the Women's Equality Party, spoke to the BBC ahead of the 4 May vote.
