Liverpool City Region mayoral candidate Steve Rotheram's minute manifesto

Candidates campaigning to become Liverpool City Region's first mayor have been detailing their policies in a "minute manifesto".

The Labour Party's Steve Rotheram spoke to the BBC ahead of the 4 May vote.
