Liverpool City Region mayoral candidate Roger Bannister's minute manifesto

Candidates campaigning to become Liverpool City Region's first mayor have been detailing their policies in a "minute manifesto".

Roger Bannister, of the Trade Union and Socialist Coalition, spoke to the BBC ahead of the 4 May vote.
