Norfolk railway line reopens after being shut by flooding

A railway line in Norfolk has reopened after flooding caused a signalling problem and trains in the east of the county to be suspended.
Greater Anglia said flooding at Whitlingham Junction had affected services going from Norwich to Great Yarmouth, Sheringham and Lowestoft.
However, passengers have been warned, external to expect knock-on disruption.
Network Rail said it had been "monitoring water levels, which are subsiding".
The Environment Agency, external has put in place a red flood warning affecting Reedham, Cantley and Brundall, and riverside properties by the River Yare.
Part of Potter Heigham has been submerged after the Environment Agency warned of a tidal surge, with drains seen overflowing.
