A milk lorry crashed into a garden and ended up in a ditch after it was involved in a five-vehicle collision.

Emergency services were called to the A608 Mansfield Road, Brinsley, Nottinghamshire, at about 09:40 BST on Tuesday.

A woman, who needed to be cut free from a Ford Kuga by firefighters, sustained a minor injury and was treated at the scene, Nottinghamshire Police said.

The driver of the Müller milk lorry was "in shock but otherwise unharmed".

No other injuries were reported, the force added.

A spokesperson for Müller UK & Ireland said it was "offering the authorities our full support with their investigation".
