Adam Johnson: Police re-bail man over ice hockey player's death

A man arrested on suspicion of manslaughter over the death of ice hockey player Adam Johnson has had his bail extended again.
The Nottingham Panthers player was hit in the neck by a skate after a collision with Sheffield Steelers' Matt Petgrave on 28 October.
The 29-year-old was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
South Yorkshire Police said a man who was arrested in November had been re-bailed until 26 June.
A force spokesman said: "Adam's loved ones remain at the forefront of our minds as this complex investigation continues."
Panthers fans expressed their grief over the player's death following the abandoned match at the Utilita Arena in Sheffield.
They joined his teammates to leave flowers outside Nottingham's Motorpoint Arena, where the Panthers play their home games.
A commemorative plaque in Johnson's honour, which reads "Forever our 47", was placed on a wall outside the arena in February.
At the time, Omar Pacha, chief executive of the Nottingham Panthers, said: "He will forever be in our thoughts and this plaque will be a lasting memory of him.
"Not only was Adam an outstanding talent on the ice, he was just a great human being and made people better around him."
The team returned to the ice at the Motorpoint Arena for the first time since the player's death in November for the Adam Johnson Memorial Game.
Johnson, who was from Minnesota in the US, previously played in North America's National Hockey League, playing 13 games for the Pittsburgh Penguins.
He made the move to the Swedish Hockey League for the 2020-21 season, before spells with the Ontario Reign and the Lehigh Valley Phantoms in the American Hockey League.
Johnson played for the Augsburger Panther in Germany before signing for the Nottingham Panthers in August.
Coroner Tanyka Rawden opened an inquest into his death last year, but it was suspended to allow police inquiries to continue.
