Banbury crash: Driver, 33, dies after suffering head injury

A man has died after suffering a serious head injury when his car crashed and overturned in Oxfordshire.

It happened in Orchard Way, Banbury, at about 01:35 GMT on Saturday.

The 33-year-old, who died at the scene, was driving a blue Subaru Impreza which hit the centre island of the road after failing to negotiate a roundabout junction, Thames Valley Police said.

Investigating officer PC Ruan Brink has appealed for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to contact police.
