A town library has reopened as part of a new academy in Shropshire.

Dawley library in Telford closed at its old premises last month. The new library is part of the £16m Phoenix Academy comprehensive school.

It is the second of three new libraries opening in the borough within three years. Last year, a library opened at Wellington Civic and Leisure Centre.

Another library is due to be opened in the Southwater One community building in Telford town centre next year.
