A 49-year-old woman has been charged with murder after the death of a pensioner at a house in Suffolk.

The body of 77-year-old Paul Norfolk was found in his house in Castle Lane, Haverhill, by police on Friday. A post-mortem examination found he had died from head injuries.

Bunthawee Rimmer, of Castle Lane, Haverhill, has been charged with the murder, Suffolk Police said.

Ms Rimmer is due to appear before Bury St Edmunds magistrates on Wednesday.
