A11 Norfolk and Suffolk upgrade to 'partially open by Easter'

Part of the A11 upgrade project in Norfolk and Suffolk is due to open by Easter, the Highways Agency has said.

The £100m scheme to dual the final section of the road is due to be fully completed by September.
