West Molesey murder: Man arrested after woman found dead

A man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after the body of a woman was discovered at a house in Surrey.

Surrey Police found the 50-year-old woman at an address in Walton Road, West Molesey, just after 08.00 GMT on Monday.

A 52-year-old local man is being held in police custody after being arrested on suspicion of murder.

The force said the "investigation is still in the early stages" and post-mortem tests were expected later.
