Second pedestrian dies in Chichester bypass crash

Another pedestrian has died after being hit by a vehicle on the A27 dual carriageway in West Sussex.
The 39-year-old man, from Fernhurst, died at the scene of Monday's collision between the Whyke and Stockbridge roundabouts at Chichester.
The 48-year-old driver of the Mazda car involved in the accident at 21:15 GMT on Monday was unhurt.
A 54-year-old man died in hospital after being hit by a Ford van on the bypass on Friday.
Sussex Police said the road was closed until 02:30 GMT on Tuesday while investigations into Monday night's collision were carried out.
Officers are appealing for witnesses to both accidents.
