E-scooter riders in Brighton clocked at more than 25mph

Despite being illegal to ride a privately-owned e-scooter on a public highway, they are now a common sight across towns and cities.

Most models are limited to 15.5mph, but BBC South East special correspondent Colin Campbell took a speed gun to Brighton seafront, and found many travelling much faster, including some at more than twice that speed.
