Northumberland humpback whale visit inspires sand art
A woman has created a giant drawing of a whale's tail on a beach in Northumberland.
Claire Eason was inspired by a recent visit from a humpback whale in the area to create the art.
Using a garden rake, it took three hours to make the sand art at Bamburgh.
Starting at low tide, she waited for the sea to meet the drawing to achieve an image of a diving whale.
