Thousands of people gathered in Salisbury to greet the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh on Tuesday.
The royal party visited several places around the city and had lunch at The Rifles Regimental Museum.
They also watched a performance by the band of the Prince of Wales's Division.
The royal couple are into their their second month of visits to every region of the UK.
The Queen is due to visit Yeovil and Crewkerne in Somerset and Exeter in Devon on Wednesday.
