What price a student house party in the time of Covid-19?

The localised Covid-19 restrictions announced for parts of Northern Ireland have been made legally enforceable.

At Wednesday's news briefing Health Minister Robin Swann went through the fines for breaches of Covid-19 regulations.

He made reference to students in the Holylands area of south Belfast and had a special message for them.
