Green Party's Adrian Ramsay on tax, spending and cuts

The deputy leader of the Green Party said clamping down on tax avoidance and evasion could save £80bn each year - enough to replace the cuts to public services.

Adrian Ramsay spoke from the Greens' spring conference in Liverpool and said government policies were building over the Green Belt and destroying green spaces before he was asked to clarify a policy over an "optimum population for the UK".
