House of Lords reform 'no priority' for Tory MPs'
Reform of the House of Lords was no priority for a country "tiptoeing out of recession", said the secretary of backbench Conservative MPs.
Mark Pritchard said the government should "make growth and prosperity for this nation a priority, not House of Lords reform."
Mr Pritchard also told Andrew Neil the plans were not in the coalition agreement and polls showed little interest from the public, who were more interested in the UK's future in Europe.
