PMQs: Cameron confirms CPS will review Savile decision
The BBC still has "serious questions to answer" over its handling of the "completely appalling" Jimmy Savile allegations, the prime minister said.
David Cameron announced to the House of Commons that the Director of Public Prosecutions was to review why Jimmy Savile was not prosecuted following a police investigation.
He said "other institutions must do what they can do to make we learn the lessons of this and it can never happen again", when he was asked a question at PMQs by Conservative MP Bob Stewart.
