PMQs: Miliband and Cameron clash over Heseltine report
David Cameron and Ed Miliband have clashed at Prime Minister's Questions over a report by Lord Heseltine, calling for more action to stimulate the economy.
In the report, which was commissioned by Downing Street, Lord Heseltine says that people think the UK "does not have a strategy for growth and wealth creation".
Mr Miliband also referred to a row between Conservative and Liberal Democrat ministers at the Department of Energy and Climate Change over wind farms, asking which of the two were accurately reflecting government policy.
