Nigel Farage on EU budget and Eastleigh by-election
David Cameron got the "best deal he possibly could have got" said UKIP's leader, but there was "no prospect of British contributions falling below £50m a day".
Nigel Farage said he was too busy in European politics and helping to organise the county council elections in May to be the UKIP candidate at the Eastleigh by-election on 28 February.
He told Andrew Neil: "I can't do everything."
