PMQs Cameron teases Labour front bench over possible U-turn

Labour front bench MPs were teased about nodding or shaking their heads over whether they would reverse the housing benefit changes for those with spare rooms.

David Cameron said they had "ranted and raved" over the coalition measure, which cut a proportion of housing benefit to those deemed to be under-occupying council houses.

He said they had "absolutely nothing to say, and weak at the same time with it".

Mr Cameron had been asked by Labour MP Jim Hood about his stance on the mansion tax and what Labour describe as the "bedroom tax".
