Ed Miliband: 'I won't take my shirt off in public'

The Labour leader promised not take his shirt off in public, as one example of how he would not be taking a lead from the prime minister.

Ed Miliband said he understood why people "voted for change" in 2010 by choosing David Cameron, but claimed they did not get the change they expected.

He gave a list of economic failings and said they made up a "lap of shame for this government".

At Monday's conference, Ed Balls also made a reference to photographs of the prime minister being caught changing in a towel on the beach.
