Energy UK's Angela Knight on changing energy supplier

The government has called on energy suppliers to speed up the process allowing people to move from one company to a cheaper rival.

Energy UK's Angela Knight said there were several stages over a current five week timescale, but it should be "really possible" to do some of those at the same time.

BBC Daily Politics presenter Andrew Neil said it was now a "complete nightmare" to change and asked her how the firms were working to make the process easier.
