Switching energy provider - advice for renters

There has been lots of advice about switching energy providers following price rises from four of the 'big six' - but for those in the UK's 8.3 million rented households it can be more complicated.

Only 10% of renters change providers - costing them more than £1bn, according to one study.

Clare Francis from comparison site moneysupermarket.com told BBC Breakfast that many people in rented homes did not realise they could switch.
