PMQs: Dodds and Cameron on NI terrorist amnesty plan

The DUP's deputy leader said there could be "no question of an amnesty" for terrorist crimes in Northern Ireland before 1998.

Nigel Dodds said the bid by Northern Ireland's attorney general to bring an end to prosecutions for Troubles-related killings that was made overnight came "without consultation".

David Cameron said John Larkin's proposals were "very much his own words", and assured the MP that the UK government has "no plans to legislate" for such an amnesty.
